RETURNS

NOTE: Due to Covid19 we are currently not accepting any returns or exchanges and therefore the returns and refunds policy below is not applicable at the moment.

FAQ

What is your returns policy?

 

We hope you loved your purchase with Zaina, however if you are not entirely satisfied we have an easy and convenient returns process.

Please ensure the items you're returning are in a resalable condition and unworn with the tags attached, otherwise the return may not be accepted. Please complete the returns slip provided with your parcel giving a reason for your return and place it inside your parcel.

Unfortunately, we do not offer online exchanges, please return your items and re-order online for a replacement.

Once we have received your order, a refund may take up to 21 days to complete. This includes 14 days for us to receive your return and process it, plus up to 7 days for the refund to go through the banking system.

How do I track my order?

 

Once your order has been dispatched we will update you will the full delivery details including courier name and tracking number.

We only use delivery services from Hermes, DPD or Royal Mail.

What are your delivery options?

 

We offer next day delivery for all our In Stock items as long as all orders have been paid for before 11.00am

Made to order items usually have a delivery time of approximately 6-8 weeks.
